Dear valued customers,

The health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers remain our top priority as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please be advised that our front doors are open to the public. In compliance with provincial mandates, masks are required at all times while visiting our building. Disposable masks and hand sanitizer are available upon entering. We ask that you check your temperature with our free-standing thermal camera in our foyer before approaching the reception desk.

Dear valued customers,

The health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers remain our priority and therefore have decided to an additional precaution to ensure just that.

Please be advised that from 1 April 2020 our front doors will be closed to public and you will only be able to gain entry by way of appointment or calling prior to collecting orders or arranging drop offs.

For Toner & Equipment orders and collections:

Please call ahead to order. Once order is ready you will be notified telephonically & can be collected from our foyer.

For Computer equipment drop off:

Please leave your equipment on the table in the foyer. 

For mail or paperwork drop off:

Please leave these on the table in the foyer.

Important COVID-19 Statement

March 16, 2020

Dear valued customers,

Please be advised that Hi-Tech Business Systems Ltd. is taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously. We want you to know that the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers is very important. As a result, we are taking the recommended precautions and preventive measures to do our part to help limit the spread of the virus.

As per the recommended guidelines, all staff are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine when returning from travel from anywhere outside of Canada. We have also requested that our employees suspend all future international travel plans for both business and personal reasons.

We will continue to meet our client’s needs, modified by technology as necessary. Our team is equipped to host client meetings online or over the phone. Our staff are also required to follow all recommended hygiene practices outlined by the health agencies both within our own office as well as when visiting client offices.

Our service technicians are also taking additional precautions onsite and during their service visits. Each of our technicians is equipped with a kit containing gloves and disinfecting and sanitization tools. They will follow instructions regarding cleaning equipment before and after performing their work as well as all recommended hygiene practices throughout the day.

We are following the situation as closely as possible and will be sure to keep our clients updated with any additional changes to our operations.
