Hi-Tech makes getting anything technical done easy. If I have printer problems, email access issue's, need help trouble shooting a digital sign or even just need advice on why the switch between several monitors isn't working - they are a quick phone call or email away. Love knowing that I don't have to spend 4 hours googling to find the answer to my questions! (And our new printer for the office can make pdf files slimmer to make uploading them to our online file system easier - so necessary)
