IT Service Dispatcher (Full-Time, Onsite)

About the Role

As an IT Service Dispatcher, you’ll be the operational hub of our IT Services team – coordinating incoming service tickets, matching the right technicians to the right jobs, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. You’ll work closely with our technical and project teams to ensure service is delivered on time and in line with client expectations.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Grande Prairie, AB.

4 days a week , 10 hour days ( Permanent, Full-Time )

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and manage incoming service tickets using ConnectWise PSA

· Dispatch tickets to the right technicians based on skillset, availability, and urgency

· Maintain real-time visibility into ticket queues and technician workloads

· Communicate with clients to confirm scheduling, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction

· Track ticket progress and escalate issues that may impact resolution timelines or SLAs

· Collaborate with the IT Sales and Projects teams to coordinate resources and align service delivery

· Generate reports on ticket status, SLA compliance, and technician performance

· Support proactive service initiatives including patch management, device monitoring, and monthly reporting

What We’re Looking For

· Fluent in English (spoken and written); strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong multitasking and time management skills

· High attention to detail and organizational discipline

· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· French language fluency is an asset

Preferred Experience:

· 1–5 years of experience in dispatching, coordination, or administrative roles in IT or technical services is preferred—but we’re open to training the right candidate.

· Experience with ConnectWise PSA or a similar platform

· IT support experience is a strong asset

· Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

· Basic hands-on IT support aptitude
